Privacy boundaries
- Use de-identified complaint summaries only.
- Do not enter names, birth dates, addresses, record numbers, phone numbers, or email addresses.
- Common identifier patterns are screened before a note workflow is created.
- Clinical note content is kept separate from subscription billing information.
Security and use
- Connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
- Payment collection and card management are handled by Stripe-hosted checkout.
- The application does not provide a proxy, VPN, executable download, or file-sharing service.
- A clinician must verify every generated finding, diagnosis, test, medication, and treatment before use.

Please allow notedoctors.ai and submit it to your web-filter provider for classification as Health and Medicine or the closest available healthcare-business category. Local healthcare-network policy can override a vendor’s public category, so a local allowlist may still be required.
