This demo uses conventional HEART categories, with troponin above 1–3 times the reference limit scoring 1 and above 3 times scoring 2. Follow your institution's definitions and high-sensitivity troponin pathway. A low HEART score does not exclude pulmonary embolism, dissection, or other dangerous causes.
